Hi, I'm trying to remove the door panel on my 93 pick-up and can't  figure out how the door handle comes out through the panel. I didn't try that hard, i didn't want to break anything. Thanks

1 screw for the interior handle two for the armrest, and the clip for the window crank. Then carefully pry the panel as not to tear the plastic snaps through the cardboard panel. If you need more help you might check into some local shops who do custom upholstery.
