Marlin Crawler Incorporated
« on: Sep 29, 2006, 02:30:12 PM »
Starting October 1st, Marlin Crawler will be Incorporated, and will be known as Marlin Crawler Incorporated.

Just to put aside any questions, this does not mean that the company has incorporated with another, but rather that Marlin Crawler is now a Corporation.

Marlin Crawler Off Road will now be known as just Marlin Crawler Inc.

It makes since.  There is a lot of tax benefits for a corporation plus Marlin won't be on the hook individually.

You can buy stock, the stock off the shelf!  That would be the best way to invest in MC Inc.

YA the front is a strut coil type ( coil over strut ) .. I want to convert to a coil over shock to get better movement and range of travel in the front.. Not long travel type movement, but  a few more inchs of travel to keep the tire down on the ground in a rutted up road or field..

Ya I remember the last time I spent a weekend in southren call.. I was running team with a guy out of Calgary, Ab.. It was raining all the time all weekend.. There was a dinner about five or six blocks from the motel the company puts drivers in when they are waiting for loads. Barry and I are both Hyper-termic( Means our bodies make more heat then normal.)  so we just walked around in our shorts and tee-shirts and let the rain soak us.. When we walked into the dinner we would be soaking wet head to toe, but five or ten minutes later we were dry again, just because of the heat we gave oof in the A/C'ed dinner..Some thing back at the motel room.
