i have never used anything but stock exhuast manifolds on any of my vehicles

however, if i were to put aftermarket headers on, they would not be pacesetter garbage.... the reason the pacesetter stuff is soooooo cheap, is because it is garbage :pokinit:

if you want a real header, you need to save up for a thorley, or a lc engineering, downey, etc

pacesetter is garbage

and if i forgot to mention, pacesetter is garbage

Go to summitracing.com

They carry the 4-2-1 Thorley header for like $180... Thorley may not be as good as they used to be... but I would assume still better than pacesetter. If they don't list it on there site for your application, call them, they have it. Oh, and I'm in SoCal if it makes a difference, but I always get my summit orders shipped pretty cheap and they come in like 2 days.

i got one.the power doesnt kick in till 3500 rpm and i want it 2500 rpm,and had to grind down some welds to make a good seal for the erg,but it was free....still better than stock, but not nearlly as good as Downey or LC.save your money and buy a LC header..

From my understanding, you're going to want a 4-2-1 header for torque, a 4-1 header for HP... the longer the header, the more it will help with low end power...
