importing foriegn cars???

i want this car...anyone know how i can get it??? costs??? its a twin turbo 5spd 4wd legacy...and there are millions of them over there cheap!!! how can i get one??

yes, i got the $$, BUT CANT GET ANY STRAIGHT ANSWERS, IVE BROWSED BOTH OF THOSE SITES AND THAT IS WHAT GAVE ME THE IDEA
