What the hell man?.,another one of my buddies just got hit...1991 Blue Toyota 4Runner,it has All-Pro's SAS,38 inch Boggers,black wheels,Marlin's sliders and a con-fer roof rack with 4 pro-comp lights on top...It is a faded blue but it definately stands out.It was stolen from Riverside and he is offering a $500 reward to whoever finds it.I will try to post some pics of it as soon as he finds some.Please keep your eyes peeled.Thanx!!!!

I know where you're buddy lives and that he works at 4WP (never met him). I have driven by his house a crap load of times and thought to myself he has a nice selection of cars to chose from. He needs to put a fence around those things. I got off at the off ramp there in front of 4WP today and could have sworn it was in the parking lot. I will keep my eye and ears open.

There's a $600 setup and $1000 setup, I'm thinking about getting it for my rig... they take it to a secluded spot and install so NO ONE knows where its put.. pretty cool stuff!

Hope he finds it in one piece, i'll keep my eyes out in N.Cali for sure.

ttora isnt that bad... a lot there actually have SAS and duals, but they are on tacomas

the marlin board caters more to first gens and sased second gen trucks

Recovered...He called me today to tell me they found it.It was spotted by a small plane of skydivers out near Perris.They stole the rims and tires,f/r complete axles,rear springs,shocks,hoops,roof rack,offroad lights,stereo,steering box and complete high steer...Pretty much the only thing they didn't get was the front springs.Oh,and it was rolled too

Man, that really sucks. You know those parts will go into someones truck that will one day be wheeling next to you and you won't even know it.

We should all put some kind of markings on all of the parts in our trucks so we can ID them at first glance.

Sorry they didn't find it till it was stripped. Hope they have some leads to go on in finding the the thieves.

I honestly think I'd be forced to give up my hobby if that happened to me. That is terrible. I'll keep my eyes peeled for parts and location on Craigslist. Was he insured?

Well......THAT COMPLETELY SUCKS!!!! Seriously tell him to put up a fence at his house. I hope this doesn't make him get out of wheelin!! What are his plans to do with it?(or should I say what's left of it)

Well,he ended up leaving it at the inpound.He said it was next to a Honda Civic and he couldn't see it.(smashed in top and no springs or axles).So he was asking me if I knew of anyone selling an allready built one and it just so happens that another guy I know called me at the shop cause he's selling his to buy a house.So he's gonna call him tomorrow and see if he can pick it up.It's an '89 Runner,SAS,duals,lockers,etc...Really nice.
