in good shape $50-150 depending on where you're at.  pretty much a dime a dozen.

Just curious Kyle, why did you need to get 4.37s?  This is a loaded question.....

my rear diff blew up out of nowhere going down the road.  started as a light clicking, sounded like a BANGBANGBANG by the time i got home.  i wanted to get my truck back on the road ASAP so i wanted a 4.375 3rd to match my front(factory for '79-80).

i got lucky here, the '90 IFS rear housing i had bought a few months earlier for $100 had a 4.37 3rd in it.  crazy hillbilly swappers...
