Sissies. If you had some tires that worked worth a damn in the mud your tune must might change a bit.

Maybe the Ground Hawg is not a crawler tire, but it can hold its own in the mud. Of course, maybe I am jaded because anything forty inches tall and seventeen inches wide has the surface area to do reasonably in the mud and there is more mud terrain here in Alabama, but that is neither here nor there. Then again, I don't go mud riding in my truck. I have only been out twice since I built my truck. I hear excellent reports from the mud-draggers, however, about the Ground Hawgs.

Ground hawgs work pretty well in the mud but a tsl will still work better.  And yes Ive seen it with my own eye's.  I used to run 39.5 tsl's and a buddy had 40" Ground hawgs.

Now that I've got a tow rig and a trailer, I can step up to some big-boy tires next time.  I'm definitely looking into SX's, SSR's or TSL's.  Whaddya think WT, SSR's are about the only one I can get in a 17" wheel size...

Ouch, The toyo's work extremely well even in the mud compared to mtr's, I was rather impressed.  Id hate to recomend Irok's as they wear quickly and Im not a fan of them at all for pretty much any street duty.

Hell go for broke and get nitto terra grapplers in the 38" flavor.

Mrs W, I thought we went over this when we were drinking those margaritas.  Rocks Rock, not the mud.  The mud is just a big sloppy mess that you have to clean up later.  Don't you remember saying that?  :disturbed:
