Just bought a 1989 fwd shift gear driven t-case from ebay seller "whiteyswrecking". Thought that there may be interest for some member looking for them.
He does not show picture of unit, but info on pickup posting confirm gear driven type. Just got pictures of the unit I bought from him confirming the info I found on Marlin's t-case bible is solid.
He still have 3 or 4, and is listed for $195 plus $75 for shipping. I paid lower on an offer he accepted. Good people to deal with, honest and cautious in delivering the correct parts.
