Seems to be all the time.  But most noticed in the lower rpms.  At idle.

Did you change the motor mounts?

Put a block of wood on the oil pan and then jack up a little with floor jack and see if vibration changes.

BTW, once upon a time I had to retighten the motor mounts on my Sportster....... Afterwards the speed at which the mirrors vibrated the most changed....

So,    you may have changed the natural frequency of your bolted in engine............

If the vibration changed with the floor jack,   you may be able to change the vibration by loosening and redoing the motor mounts when some of the load is supported by floor jack.

I will have to look into that.  I actually bought new motor mounts years ago, and never installed them.  So, I will try that.

I also changed out the exhaust manifold to the proper 22r style, and maybe the downpipe is hitting the bell housing.  :headscratch:  I never put on the downpipe hangar that mounts to the bellhousing either.

This vibration is annoying.  I don't hear it, and its not as noticable at higher speeds, but when I look at LED lights in the mirrors, they jump around with the vibration, which is very weird.
