Short answer is highly unlikely. Long answer; it really depends on how much you want to and how much money you want to put into the auto. If you get lucky and it's an A340F then you can. But it's more then likely an A340H where the transfer case is mated to the tranny and has bolts inside the tranny holding transfercase to the tranny and the transfer case is hydraulic as well. But you could have it torn down and an inchworm adapter put it. But that's $500+ for the adapter then labor plus parts to rebuild it. Or you could find a 5 speed/A340F to install. But then you'd still need an adapter to put the gear driven transfer case in place of the chain driven transfer case.

I don't 100% know but if it did the least you'd need is the bell housing for the 3.0.

No a G series bell housing is not the same pattern as an R series which is what came behind a 3.blow in standard shift form. You could however get an R150 and get the adapter out mate a rf1a case behind it and roll with it.

Alright, i may either pass on it completely and wait for a better trade or just run an np200 behind the factory transmission and transfer case, how strong is the factory transmission and transfer case?

The transmission is a good unit, in my opinion the chain drive case isn't my favorite but I've honestly never heard of anyone having an issue with it. If it's not a screaming deal pass on it till what you wants comes up.
