PO put a roof rack on the top and didn't seal up the holes he drilled. I guess that "pocket" in the top has been full of water for some time. The water wasn't nasty smelling or looking, so I'm assuming it just started leaking in once I got the runner down to Florida.

I was at the parts yard and came accross a 2nd gen (4runners are hard to come by)

I took a bunch of parts, but most related to the rear tail gate. I got the release cables, the regulator, window seals and a few odds and ends. I took the center console (for a project) and was wondering what all will interchange with the first gen.

Does the rear glass swap over?

I was looking into the rear seats as well, seeing as mine have been recovered utilizing some home made hardware.
Does the seat hardware bolt right in. I know the latches come up short.

I'm picking up odds and ends in the event something breaks and I am unable to find a replacement.

What else should I grab off of this thing?

For anyone who has questioned what stock rear speakers look like, here the are.

They are clearly amplified being that they have 2 connectors on them with a total of 5 or 6 wires. I will be utilizing this function in the future with a pre-amplifier...
