I'll check with my buddy/Toyota Parts hoarder. I know he had a 22R-te that he converted to a 22-R so he probably still has the exhaust manifold since he throws nothing away.

I talked with my buddy. He has a turbo manifold and is willing to sell it. He said he would dig it out today. I'll pick it up from him. I'll send you a PM to arrange everything.

If you go look at one to buy check closely for cracks, it is a well know problem with those.
Check the turbo bearings also if the turbo is present although the stock turbo isn't exactly a gem. Look for blocked oil passages too.

I have three cracked exhaust manifolds, for sale. $1,000 each. (new they were like $40.00). Do us all a favor, and do a 3RZ swap! Just trying to help out. Bob.
