Topic: Marlin crawler sent me the wrong part.

So I ordered the white heavy duty shifter seat for my 03 Tacoma. And they sent me a full knuckle rebuild kit for a 4Runner. I understand that was a mistake but I am attempting to return it. No response from them. I'd like my $12 part, not this rebuild kit. Wasn't sure where to post this. But thank you.

Unfortunate as it is with the amount of volume that Marlin does mistakes do happen. Have you reached out via phone? 559-252-7295 Monday through Thursday. I recommend earlier in the morning (7-10) for your best chance of getting through. They do not provide customer service via the forum.

They do get really busy.  There have been times I have tried for hours to get thru on the phone, only to text Bigmike, and he would reply "Call RIGHT NOW!"  He says the phone will literally ring off the hook for hours, then all of a sudden it won't ring for an hour.  So, be persistant, I know its a PITA.  But your being honest in saying you got the wrong part.
