Eagle Rods bud!
It will need at least 20 psi with aggressive timing to achieve 400 WHEEL HP. You'll want H beam rods, forged 8.5:1/9:1 pistons, ARP everything, cometic HG, 1000cc injectors, adjustable timing gear, big cams, porting/gasket matching, and custom manifolds to get this done properly... Either URD piggyback or Megasquirt management...
All of this with a damn good tuner. You could have all the perfectly built engine for it but not make power or blow it up without it tuned right.
Is that on stock internals and with stock head studs?
