What suspension lift should I use

I need any advice on what a cheap suspension lift for my 1990 pickup I should use

ball joint lift and some old man emu rear leafs

In doing this I'd also replace the torsion bars and go with flat bumpstops up front. the torsion bars will give a better ride and the flat bumps provide for a little more travel.
