Unloaded my 4Runner and took the half top off and almost hit the house. Don't think 39s will be in my future.

I've seen rigs use low pro 40 series tires on 15" wheels, just to keep from hitting the garage door.

Adjust the tension on the door spring so it goes up further. Had to do it to mine.

Just be careful!  If you don't know what your doing, you can end up with a black eye at the least..   :eyebrow:

Garage door is higher than the framing. Usually it's loaded with more stuff and sits lower.

lol... on my 86 T4R with a 5" leaf lift, 3" body lift, and 38.5 SS TSL, I had to air down everytime to get in. And even with that, I still skimms it. Your garage can still go up a little if you use a stick to push up and have it sit on a chair or so. That gives you another 1-2" clearance. But with that you take the chances of your garage springs and lining going off line..

I had the same issue with my LC.  On the side of my garage opener there is two little adjustment screws.  One for the full down position and one for the full up position.  I adjusted it to clear my truck.
