IFS HUB conversion

I'm considering the ifs hub conversion to gain extra width and rumor has it, ifs locking hubs are stronger?
what's required for the change over?

no the locking part is not stronger its weaker,  wabfab did a write up on this,  You need the IFS wheel HUB no lock out. all it does is relocate where your rim bolts on.   

you just install the hub onto the spindle add your 54mm nuts with crap, and Bolt your old SFA lock outs on.    now you have to figure how you are going to do brakes  vented rotors, tacoma rotors or tundra rotors or lc  or fj rotors, and you may or may not have to modify your knuckle ears

I think I have a write up on this. No special brackets needed. On an 85 axle, IFS calipers, Tacoma rotors. No fab, but some grinding needed.
