I have a 95 Taco with the auto hubs.  I found a warn hub conversion kit, just wondering if Marlin does that kind of work or if anyone knows who does???

The best way to do a manual hub conversion on an ADD truck is to get some complete knuckle assemblies and the axles from someone that had manual hubs and who is doing and SAS then  just swap out the knuckles.  Hopfully the donor truck has good wheel bearings so check how may miles before you plunk down your money.   It would be wize to get some new upper ball joints if you go this route.  The reason is doing the swap is hard to do piece wise is that the spindles are different so requires pressing them out of the wheel bearing assemblies with a rather large press.  I actully got up to 30 tons on one when the bearing assy exploded and I had to cut one of the bearing races off with a dremel. The other let go at a mere 25 tons.  You would also need new wheel bearing and a long list of seals, and some other parts etc.
Folks are selling their stuff on TTORA from SAS conversions all the time.  I saw some manul hub knuckles from an SAS at Marlins shop once but don't know if he still has them.

Are you looking for someone to install this kit for you?

Marlin installed the manual hub kit on my 4Runner. The hardest part was pressing the bearings out of the spindle, It took every ounce of Marlins 60 ton press to do it. As of last summer Marlin had a complete Tacoma manual hub front end axles and everything that he may be willing to sell, it doesn't have ABS though. If you want ABS want to keep it then you need to press out your old ADD bearings and press in new manual hub bearings and find some manual hub tacoma axles. If I would do it again I would skip the off road solutions kit and buy the parts needed directly from Toyota. You can find detailed information on what is required here: http://www.azttora.com/manualhub.html

Thanks for all the tips.  I am doing it the hassle free way.  Off-Road Solutions sells the complete kit with warn hubs.  I was just wondering if Marlin did the install or if anyone knew who does and about what it costs for the installation.
