I have a 22re Downey cam that I took out of my 4Runner. There's nothing wrong with it.  Has approx 20,000 miles.

what are the specs on this badboy?

I got the engine from a buddy and he installed it but doesn't remember which one, he knows it wasn't smog legal.  The number on it is 13511B. I looked on their site but it doesn't show part numbers.

You get the runner smogged ?  If you still need another stock cam I have that cam out of the head you looked at.  Im gonna scrap the head since the water ports are eroded.  Sorry I didnt see that before you came out.

Not smogged yet. It has a bad valve so I have to pull the head. I'm sure it didn't pass due to low compression in #2 cylinder. I ended up using the cam out of the other engine I have. I'm still not going to use the Downey cam. It's all good on that cylinder head
