top shift crawl box oil leak

iv got marlins v6 dual t-case setup. and i am haveing gear oil leak out the top shift on the crawl box. i installed a new oil stinger plate under shifter base. and resealed the shifter assemblie. but gear oil still leak out of the stifter assemblie. i dont see any gasket or seal for the shifter handle .  Any information is appreciated. thanks

If you didnt put rtv on the bottom of the oil slinger, it can still leak from there.  I use rtv on mine and its never leaked.
