Chain or gear
« on: Jan 07, 2003, 05:41:53 PM »
I'm putting a D44 under the front of my Taco along with a Marlin crawler setup. Since this opens up more options, should I go with the older gear type transfer case(more work with the differential but I can do it) or hang on to my chain case and do the MC09 deal?

27-AT, some other adapter, flipped D300, twin sticks on cables.

Do it right the first time and go with a gear driven case. It's stronger and just plain better.
