« on: Mar 11, 2010, 09:30:10 AM »
so im getting a dana44(?) 8 lug and a 14bolt 8 lugrear pretty soon...and ive been looking for some gears...but i cant find any. do they make 5.29s for em??? off road designs website SUCKS to navigate. randys R&P only has stock gears. 5.13 is the most common ratio. There is one step lower which I think is 5.38 but that is as low as a 14bt goes.

i have a dana 44 up front and a taco rear. i run 5.38's up front and 5.29s in rear. 5.38 is pretty darn close to a 5.29. maybe go that route. what size tires you plan on running?

ya i would wait to do the rear at least till you have your new tires. the 5.38 or 5.13 will be a bit low for the 33's
