Dual Case x-member
(Dont bother with a dual case x member.  They are not needed.  Just move your since x member to rear case and it will be fine.)

5.29 v6 gears for elocker
(hate to say it but trail gear sells unmarked yukon gears.  I got 5.29s for my e locker front for 135 shipped thru addicted offroad.)

elocker setup kit
(There is a e locker master install kit but only from toyota and its insane price wise. If your going to be running it in your front diff and the bearings look fine then use them.  It will be fine.)

4.70 gears
(unless your going to be running on 40's you wont really need the 4.7s.  Just thought I would mention it since your looking for poss used.)

Shock hoops
( I have some brand new 14" marlin shock hoops I can sell ya.0
Rear shackle hangers ( if need be just cut off your stock ones and move them. Stock ones are plenty strong but if you want new ones then sky has some pretty sick ones for like 30 bucks.)

IFS Mounting kit
(I have one of these as well. Was going to be sold to a friend but he doesnt have the money to do it.)

Located in Clovis/Fresno and its a SB.

I thought about moving the xmember to the rear and making a skid plate.  Im still up in the air on that one, would rather have a dual xmember that uses factory holes and dbls as a skid plate.  that stock one hangs down a lot, easier to get caught up on.

I will be running the Elocker in the rear as this is going to be my DD as well.

Would like to run a dual ultimate or else i will maybe setup triples.  I already have 3 tcases and 2 partial adapters, would rather save the weight and sell the xtra stuff to pay for 4.70s.

I can tell ya dual 4.7s is just worthless unless your gonna run massive!!! tires.  Even with dual cases and 4.7s your gonna be in 3rd and prob 4th most of the time.  I would just go with dual stock cases and see how it works for ya to start.  Since its a daily driver I would imagine your not gonna have big meats on it.  I would put the money towards bobby longs in the front and armor.
I made my own cross-member which serves as a skid but I never get near it.  When I mounted mine a recessed it up in the frame.  I wanted to move my cases higher.  Worked out well.
If your going to run an E locker in the rear make sure you used a factory E locker housing.  Standard ifs housing modified to fit e lockers dont work well because the axle shafts are like 6mm shorter which cause the inner gear in locker to shear.
I am not far from ya so if you need a hand let me know.  Ive done almost everything you want to do so I might be able help.

Definately put 4.7's in the rear case. You'll regret it later if you don't :twocents:

if i dont have the $$ i could get away with 2 x 2.28 cases, i just dont want to break and input.  If i buy a new input its half the cost of gears...

I seriously doubt you will break an input on stock cases.  You need to be pretty hard on it for that to happen.  Now if you went 4.7s in the rear and didnt get the 23 spline upgrade then maybe.
