93 22re into 85 22re

alright it looks like i'm getting a super good deal on a almost new motor I have an 85 runner 22re and the other 22re is out of a 93 2wd truck just wondering what parts i have to swap over.   ecu, etc or if i just remove my plenum and put it on the new motor

As far as I know the block and head should be the same as your 85. Just use the block and head and bolt all your stuff up.

The oil pan and pickup are different.  Make your life easy and just swap the complete intake as well as the knock sensor and oil pressure sending unit off the 85 as well.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??
