Im wanting to go with these as well, I have read as much as I can find on the net about them. The jeep guys seem to love them, Read an article about a toyota with them and the owner said it made a huge difference. 10 inches of additional droop is pretty impressive considering the price. You will hear a lot of rumors that they "unload" on steep decents, however I have seen these on the trail on steep decents and they did nothing but improve the traction etc.... Maybe if you have high arching spring it may be an issue? If you get em before I do let us know

I have heard this before, but how are they unpredictable? The jeep guys seem to love them. Teraflex sells a limiting strap for the jeeps that limits the unfolding of both shackles at the same time, it bolts to the diff cover and to the frame. I guess it creates a teeter totter effect for the axle
