I have a 22r/20r with a 32/36 weber ugh ! Is anybody running a different carb on their HYBRID ? I don't know if can run FI but I probly could.nt afford it anyway.

any help ??? :welcome:

You can't put stock efi on a 20r head, unless you can find a setup off an old celica that had the 20r motor.  Or, you can put this on.  Reports are good, not excellent, but way better than a weber.

I'm running a my-t-fi kit that would only set you back 250$ if you get the donor parts from a salvage yard.  It's a mechanical fuel injection system and so far I like mine it runs smooth even when crawling.  Try checking out zuks offroad.
84 longbed, lc eng. top end kit, dual cases w/ 4.7 in rear, arb's front w/high pinion and rear with v6 diff., 5.29's w/ 35s, all-pro long travel 4" and much more

my bad the kit was 399 and the donor kit was 250 but if you live near a salvage yard you may be able to get  the donor parts there.  Oh ya the kit was very simple to install and very complete.
