90 4 RUNNER MOTOR SWAP

I got a 90 4 runner that had the v6 3.0 slow with auto trans. I pulled the motor and trans out and put a 22re motor and a 5 speed trans out of 91 runner. Need some help with wiring the body harness is diffrent. Need some FSM need one for the 90 4runner and 91 4runner .Does anying one have wiring diagram for the body harness? Call me at 559-381-2275 Jeff  I'am in calif

have you tried www.ncttora.com i know they have some manuals on there

not sure if they will help you or not though

ive done this swap twice, i used 100% of the 4banger harness, and cut out the power windows, locks mirrors out of the v6 harness and wired them into the 4 cyl harness.  its lots of fun, NOT!!!!

what year engine harness are you using cuz im about to do the same swap with a 90 4banger into a 93 v-6. any help would be great

93 xtended cab spool with 5.29's and aussie locker & 5.29 up front, dual stock marlin cases, 38" tsl, marlin hy-steer, sas, allpro t-case break and long travel springs frame bobbed 17" rear axle moved  forward 11" from stock, custom flat bed and soon to get exo

When I id my 7m swap the wiring diagrams in my haynes guide were enough. It should be 5-6 switch power and one constant to make the motor start and run. You then have to wire up your gauges. Your v6 tach probably won't work with a 4 cyl. I would use the body harness that is in the tuck it's not that hard.

Why did you choose the 22RE instead of the 3.4 v6? Inquiring minds want to know...

Need some wiring diagram doesn't show some wires. I have on the 90 4 runner with 3.0 with auto trans the body wiring has a 14-16ga soild yellow wire with a green stripe,also soild yellow with orange stripe,also soild black wire 10ga wire.On the 91 motor 22re 5 speed harness side that goes to the computer side a soild orange with a yellow stripe if anying body knows what these wires are CALL ME AT 559-381-2275
