Topic: 20r to 2RZ FE Conversion??

Being that my Uncle gave me his 99 Tacoma 2wd with a 2RZ FE in it (donor truck) It is also manual 5 speed. I was wanting to gather info on the cost and swap.
Now granted I have done some Homework. Down loading FSM to the Tacoma. I need to read more on other 2rz swaps.
Here is what I have.
1980 Toyota pick-up
20R, L50 tranny,
MC 1200HD clutch with stepped fly wheel.
dual stock t-case, 4.37 R&P gears.
It seems I would need Marlin's new bell housing and R serious Tranny.
My mind is cloudy as I have knowledge of more less just the L43-L52 serious type tranny.
What year tranny would work with my 2 top shift dual cases & 2RZ FE engine?
I would rather buy a tranny only to cut cost if I don't need another t-case.
Seems I would have to mod my drive shaft for the longer tranny. I have MC dual case cross member. I'm sure I can adapt that to make it work with the now pushed back t-case (longer tranny). 
For me it's more of the electric side of it that I know I will have problems with. I know I can make it fit. I have no problems their.
One other thought was to swap out all the interior stuff and wiring. pretty much remove all my electrical stuff and installing the Tacoma. That would help without trying to splice wires into my old harness.
One other note. The Taco was wrecked on the driver side. and the fuse box has been destroyed. Do you think cutting & soldering a new fuse box would work..or would I have to buy a whole new fuse box with wires(under the hood)?
If you can point out some threads on a swap like this.
I'll check out pirates as well. this is on a short notice as I just got the truck yesterday...and I have it for sale...so more less if It doesn't sale this is something I would like to do on my spare time.

you can use a w56 tranny and the factory tacoma bellhousing way cheaper then the r searies and marlin bell housing.

I read that on pirates I just wanted to be sure before I go buying a W56 tranny. I'll have to do research on that tranny.
k. here is what I found.
W56 1985-1995 22RE 5 3.93 25 1/4" Top (85-88)
Forward (89-95) Front seal retainer uses 7 bolts.

seems Marlin sales w56 trannies a-z or something like that.
I assume any w-56 tranny will work?

sense I have posted this. Would my 1200HD clutch and flywheel (L50 tranny) from Marlin work with the 2RZ FE 2.4 engine or will I have to use the stocker off the 2rZ?

the flywheel wont work the 2rz uses more bolts on the crank, you can use a 3rz flywheel and clutch its a little larger in diameter. I think marlin sales 3rz flywheels.

I guess I can sale my 20R for a little more with a fairly new clutch and flywheel.
