85 4runner Low ridin on 37's
« on: Oct 19, 2008, 04:04:18 PM »
As the title says I've got an 85 4runner and the idea is to keep it real low with 37" MTR's locked up front and rear with some armor and have some fun.  Here is what I've done so far.

Stock

No lift on 37's with fenders cut

Front axle moved up 2"

It's not too bad especailly for the kind of wheeling I like to do but I plan on doing a little work to help it out.  Still lots of work to be done/

Steering clearance is actually alright for now but I plan on going to hysteer after a while.  Tires don't hit to much flexed out but I'll be fixing those spots very soon with a litting cutting.

Nice low rider!  You'd fit right in with the guys that i wheel with.  They usually do no more than 3 inches with 38's or bigger.  Snow wheeling is all about low and wide.
