My bro-in-laws father was filmed for this show.  Not sure if you will see him, but the series looks cool!  This is in my back yard!

I saw a history of logging and some of the death trap machines they used in the olden days...even before I was born. I'm looking forward to watching the show!

What time does it start?

Sunday, March 9 at 10pm

Why do they always put them on that late? They did the same thing with Ice Road Truckers. I'll have to record it.

I bet that BRO could kick the wall as hard as he wanted bare footed and dislocate all his toes and still have enough strength to pull start a chainsaw.

I never wanted to work in the woods, but I love to come across a logging operation in the woods and watch them load and haul lines!  It's really cool to watch some of the newer equipment operate.  I can watch a stroker/delimber, faller/buncher do it's magic on trees for hours!

Even with the newer equipment of today, it's still very hard and dangerous work.  I personally have many friends that have been seriously maimed or killed in the woods.  Sometimes it's not by equipment, but the terrain we have.  As you will see in the show the hills around here are pretty steep.

Haven't seen the commercials, but I must see the show!!  I grew up in PNW timber country in the Fifties & Sixties but also had no desire to work in the woods -- too hard, too dangerous.  I have a lot of respect for the men who make their living in timber.  Should be a very interesting show series!!
