Could someone please tell me the most common problems and noises associated with worn or broken birfields.
On a steep climb last week, nothing that a yota can't handle, I heard this loud clicking from the right side of the front end. Bearings and everthing else up front is new on both sides except the birfields. U-joints are new on both shafts. When the hubs are disengaged there is no noise so I suspect the birfields.
