Topic: 22re swap!

Came up on a 22r motor that has the efi swap done to it and with a tranny for $300. also has no cpu or any type of wires.. it came out of a 2wd truck and i want to swap that motor for my 20r bottom, 22r top frankenstein motor... since it's needs quite a bit of work to get it back in shape might as well swap it.. heres my question.. Will that 22r motor mount up with my L52 tranny? and what would i need to get it to get it started? since theres no cpu..

It will mount to the L52.
