front leafs

i have 5" all pro leafs on my 4 runner. y truck sits a little tall and my steeringshaft hits my driver leaf. i was thinking of taking the bottom leaf or 2 out to drop it a lil and get that shaft off the leaf. will i run into any problem if i take out the leafs. thanks for the help

  u mean the pitman arm?


the steering shaft is inside the engine bay going from the column to the input shaft on the PS box

ya i know what the drag link i, but ya tie rod. so anyone have experience pully leafs out of the pack. im just wondering if they will bend more easy.

you might be ok removing 1  leaf  but thats all

my problem is solved. i pulled one leaf, it dropped my truck about 3/4" and gave me the clearance i need. thanx for all the help
