HD Marlin Crawler Transfercase Output Seal?
« on: Dec 03, 2008, 09:55:59 AM »
I heard a rumor a while ago that these were in the works, any word on them?  Thinking about going through my case this winter and would be nice to put these in if available.

Are they on the website yet?  Haven't seen them.  If not how much are they and is the front and rear seal the same seal?

How about a free tester pair for the guy who brought the topic up?  :crossed: :crossed:

I have a lot of new products to get up, this is one of them, but first I must finish working out the remaining shipping and ordering bugs.

Stand by, they will be up soon.

Big Mike,

Does the same seal fit the front output also?

Big Mike,

Does the same seal fit the front output also?

Depends?

The front seal fits behind the dust shield and felt. The stock rear seal is rubber coated and the stock front seal is metal-clad but they are the same dimensions. The HD seal has a lip to help for proper installation and the sealing lip is offset to provide sealing in a new area of the flange. If you omit the front dust shield and felt then our HD seal will work just fine.
