Topic: Toyota parts shopping?

Is there any place online that can give you part #'s, or general information about the parts for toyota's?  IE: flow rates for injectors, throttle body sizes, and such.  This way I can go an order stuff and know exactly what I need.  And not spend time on the phone with toyota or service techs trying to find out what they need!  Where do you go to order parts.  I'm gonna need new spark plug wires and I want toyota not house brand!  Help me out on where you get your fix for parts!
