Brand New All Pro E-Brake
« on: May 16, 2007, 07:47:01 AM »
Brand new All Pro E-Brake.  It's never been taken out of the box.  I can't use it because it won't clear the lines for my rear heater in my 4Runner and I can only get store credit for it.  I paid $195.  I want $160obo and I'll pay shipping.

if it's never been taken out of the box how do you know it won't clear the heater lines?

Splittin hairs now aren't we.  I guess I should have said that I never took it out of the wrapping, is that better for you?  I measured for clearance.

i'm just wondering cause if the lines don't clear, then there just went my  plans to get one. Is it just the rubber hoses that are in the way or is it the copper heater lines?

It will work easily with a body lift or if you move the lines.  I just didn't feel like doing it.  Also,  when I looked at my existing e-brake cables, they were shot.  I am just going to keep using rocks behind the tires
