I recently put marlin 5" leafs up front in my 85 and chevy's in the rear with a add a leaf but at 15mph i have a god awful vibration i did shim the pinion 6 degrees. with out shims its bad at 45 or more

Just putting in shims doesn't fix this issue, you're out of faze. You need to clock the axle so the pinion points directly at the tcase output. This means you're gonna have to cut the axle perches off and tilt the pinion until it lines up with the tcase output shaft, then weld them back on to get the proper pinion angle.

um i had the same problem . but onlt it was death wobble at 34-45 mph. check u-bolts, knuckle studs and are you running shocks?thats all it turned out to be on my truck; is that i wasnt running shocks. ckeck toe too. but i got the wobble after improperly installed hy-steer not leaf springs. but just check out that stuff.

i will install my rear shocks my pinion is pointing directly to the t case out put and i am still using the push pull steering
