I am about to purchase a dana 44 for the front of my 84' pick up. It is out of an 79' Jeep J10, it is passenger side drop like I need. What I need to know is, am I going to be able to match the spring perch lengths. The axle tube on the pass. side isn't all that big. When the axle is mounted on the jeep, the U bolts are mounted to the outer part of the differentential, right where the axle tube is attatched. The axle is about 59 inchs wide. If anyone could help me out with this I would appreciate it.
