Topic: APC Seats?

I was in schmucks the other day, (sale on brake and carb cleaner) and saw they had some racing seats up on their shelves in the back, looking at their site they're APC race seats, and for 140 a piece, seem like a good deal. Anyone tried them? I need seats for my truck (currently have a single, ratty, too low to the floor stocker) but in a daily driver, I don't need an all out race seat like a Beard or MasterCraft, or the all out race price tag. where are you located in washington because I'll make you a screaming deal on a brand new set of APC racing seats that are blue on black.  Depending on where you are I'll even deliver them.

I'm in the Roy/Eatonville/Yelm area, If I remember right you're somewhere in on the eastern side of the mountains right?

I have never personally run them but I have several friends that I run with that have em and they love em.

Comfortable and hold you in quite well.

If I lived closer to wherever it is you guys lived, I would take GOTROCKS up on his offer.

yeah I am.  I am over on your side around Mt. Rainer quite a bit and I'd deliver them to you if you want the next time I'm around for $240 for both.

A friend of mine has them in his sami and they are allright but for $30 more apeice, you could step up to PRP's. Mine were $169 ea. and they are a true suspension seat and you can get any color, pattern etc you want.
I went with the high back bucket


bought them thru Kartek but there are now a few vendors on Pirate that may give you a better deal. middle of the page, they are listed as Kartek seats but they are PRP's

I know about the PRP's, but I want something that is adjustable, in the case that say my dad (who is 6'2, and I'm 5'6) needs to drive my truck, and I don't want to go to harnesses.

they have optional sliders and you can use stock belts, I am for now but am installing simpson belts.
