90 runner steering gear

mine is leaking pretty bad now. can i rebuild this? anyone done a write up or pictures on this? the dealer wanted 1100 yes one thousand one hundred. and aftermarket is 400. is there a kit? and how difficult. thanks this is the gear not the pump
