need more lift

ive got an 84 p/u with 5" susp. 3" body i run two sets of tires 35"swamper for the road and rocks and 40"hawgs for mud the 35" scrub bad when i twist it up .what i need are front springs to get me up about 3".fab work is not a problem .  i would like more input

I moved my front axle foward..Do you really want more lift..Sounds high now..I have 5 in and 2 body.I feel if I had more it would be rubber side up..You can drill your mounts or buy front springs nd all pro sell little adapters to do it also,fron 1/2 in to 1 1/2 or somthing like that..I am pretty sure they were cheap..

Ill second what Mr 4x4 said on that. Move the axle if you can and save yourself the higher center of gravity.

I have a 2" body lift, and 44044's

38's fit no problem - you need to cut some..

 Ya i wouldnt go any higher.  I have a 4" susp and 3" body and I get tippy.  Best bet is the lowest amount of lift with the biggest tires possible.   Try getting the swazal out and trim them fenders.
