Its all going to depend on what the truck was used for, and how worn in the springs are.  My 63" chevies give me between 3 and 4"  of lift.  My buddy has an identical spring pack, and he's got about 6" of lift, maybe a little less.  Mine are way more broken in, more flexy, and a much softer ride.
