true, it just depends on how old the sidewall is they use, say bfg all terrain for their all terrain well you could get them back in 1995ish so if you got sidewalls from then, it is illegal in some cases, or out right bad because your sidewall is so old.
Uh no. Also if the carcass is junk they arent going to use it. Everything is checked/xrayed etc to make sure its not a POS
