Thanks to everyone who pitches in. :beerchug:  We didn't use winches at the 1st "Jam at the Bridge" weekend, we hooked up to the heavier rigs and pulled the logs out.  Quicker than winching.  On the east side of the bridge we used a highline with 2 snatchblocks, and log tongs to grab the logs.  On the west side we used tow straps as chokers and connected as many straps as needed and skidded them down the trail.  We had a rowboat and the sailors would fish for logs with the log tongs.
Jimmy Martin & Steve Morris ( property owners) will be heading this up, you can introduce yourself to Jimmy at his camp which is about 50 yds south of the caretakers cabin near the mechanics shack.
Equip needed:
Well built trucks that are heavier than your average truggy to skid the logs.
Straps and D ring shackles and a couple snatch blocks.  Old poly winch line works great.
A couple good sawyers with bars at least 28" or bigger.
Log tongs would be great, we only have one smallish one.  Our bigger set broke.

The most important thing is to be safe!  Take your time and don't take risks.  When the east side is highlining stay away from the cable that is anchored on the west side, that line parted on us last time.

Thanks again to everyone who gets involved!
