So i checked the timing and holy crap was it out! i was my firing order was way out. It was about 90 degrees out so it was firing 3,1,4,2  instead of 1,3,2,4. The rotor switch was about 90 off from 5degrees btc, the cam gear was off... thats what i get for trusting my engine builder instead of looking my self. so in the pursuit of fixing one problem i have discovered others.... like always. I am currently trying to find a way to adjust my electric choke on my carb. I broke the wire coming off of it and took it off to solider it and dont know how the linkage inside is supposed to go back on. also i ordered a full head gasket kit too because i am sure that it is leaking due to bubbles leaking in the overflow tank after just a few minutes of driving. So that is the next project...
