In cases where they have banned items the school provides in the lunches they dump it on the sack lunch too. If you get caught you do get in trouble, there have been cases where candy was banned so the kids just brought it from home and they did give them things like detention and such. So I would imagine they will do the same thing to them if they brought their own chocolate milk with them.
