There's a ton of info out there about cheap Rustoleum jobs, using the regular solid color enamel out of the can and rolling it on w/ a foam roller. You do it in thin coats, and wet sand w/400 or 600 in between coats. No overspray, dries quick, tough, looks pro, and cheap. Just search for "rustoleum roller paint job".
