So ive been pretty busy with work but my brother has been working on the truck. Got it back togethor and it wouldnt idle and was pouring oil and coolant. My brother noticed there was an awfull lot of silcone used on the engine so we decided to yank it to replace all the silicone with actuall gaskets to stop the leaking. Also figured while we was at it we would rebuild the motor. He pulled the head and the pistons dont come all the way up the block. About a 1/4 inch short. Found the no power problem. Well after my brother did some research he said i need a 22re block (im guessing what i have now is the 22r?). The body lift is off on the bed and hope to do the cab soon. Still clears the 38's with no body lift
