With 1.5" spacers, you shouldn't have to grind them.  If any, it might be a light grind.  If I remember right, there are like 4 different castings for V6 calipers.  And if you run aluminum wheels, they have a deeper caliper pocket machined into the backs of them, vs. the steel wheels.
