Again if he wants to invest more money then yes he could do that but if he is on a budget then the expense may be prohibited. By putting the rears up front it will move the axle forward enough that he will now need crossover steering or a custom draglink maybe. We just need to know how much he wants  to invest in this. From the sounds of the question he asked he only wants to lift to fit.
